Meridian is operated by MioDio LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using Meridian you agree to this Disclaimer and our Terms of Service.

Informational only, not advice. Every Meridian card, including risk, vault, Lido, passport, sanctions, batch, parameter-drift, transaction-simulation and payment-check cards, is an automated, best-effort summary of public data or of the bytes you send. None of it is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice, or a recommendation to transact with any asset, protocol or person, or to sign any transaction. MioDio is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or consumer reporting agency. Meridian never signs transactions and never moves funds. A signed Meridian-Receipt is a record of what was returned, not a guarantee.

Heuristics, not guarantees. Scores, grades, ALLOW/CAUTION/BLOCK labels, health factors, APY lookbacks, peg readings, withdrawal ETAs, liquidity figures, drift verdicts and simulated outcomes can be wrong, stale or incomplete. Protocol parameters, oracle prices and liquidity can change within seconds. Past share-price performance does not predict future results. DeFi carries risks of total loss, including smart-contract exploits, oracle failure, depegs, liquidation, governance changes and frozen assets.

Parameter-drift limits. The drift check compares only the intent and unsigned transaction or EIP-712 payload in that request. A "match" is not a guarantee that the intent was correct, authentic, or safe — for example if the intent itself was compromised. Unknown calldata is reported as cannot_verify, never as match. Independently verify the bytes you sign.

Simulation limits. Transaction simulation is a point-in-time dry run of the unsigned transaction you send against chain state at the simulated block. RPC providers process that payload. Success, revert, gas, and balance or approval changes can differ at inclusion (MEV, oracle moves, upgrades, later state). A simulation is not a guarantee and is not a recommendation to sign. Meridian never signs or moves funds.

Sanctions screening limits. Sanctions cards check only for an exact match of a digital-currency address against the "Digital Currency Address" entries in the U.S. Treasury OFAC SDN List (or, when the snapshot says so, the same fields as republished on the official ITA Consolidated Screening List), as of the snapshot date in the response. They do not check names, ownership (the 50 Percent Rule), indirect exposure, transaction history, or non-U.S. lists. "No match" does not mean an address is safe or lawful to deal with. Meridian is not an official OFAC tool and is not endorsed by the U.S. government. Confirm results at https://sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov and rely on your own compliance program.

Payment status and payment-check limits. The chain can reorganize. RPC providers and Cloudflare KV can lag. A status of "unknown" or "not_found" does not mean unpaid. partial means at least one on-chain read failed. You decide whether to retry. Meridian does not process refunds through these routes.

Data sources. Data comes from public blockchain nodes (via third-party RPC providers) and public government publications. Sanctions data originates from the official U.S. Treasury OFAC SDN list, with the ITA Consolidated Screening List as official fallback. We do not control those publishers and do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Verify on-chain. Independently verify any information before you act. You, and any AI agent acting for you, are solely responsible for your decisions.

No liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MioDio is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on Meridian. See the Terms of Service for the full warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.
